Attack of the Revenge Just when you thought that there couldn't be more action in Maraqua than the Underwater Fishing, you have the chance to play "Attack of the Revenge"; Maraqua's top action game! You play as Garin, a Pirate Lupe caught sailing next to Captain Scarblade's pirate ship. The objective of the game is to stop the evil pirates (who obviously seek revenge) by swording them, throwing cannonballs at them, and so forth. To do this, you can pick up objects and sword your opponents with the space bar, and you can move around with your arrow keys. Each opponent will give different points when you defeat them, and you can earn more points if you use cannonballs to defeat them. In level one, you should be fine. Simply sword the enemies that stand over the railing, and you'll advance to the next level within seconds. It's the proceeding levels you need to worry about. In level two, you need double the points you needed to earn in level 1, plus, the cannonballs and water bucket are introduced. Pick the cannonballs and water buckets up with the space bar, and throw them at the enemies with the space bar as well for more points. If you pick up an item, you will not be able to pick up another unless you use the one you are holding. In level three, the cannons are introduced. Occasionally, a Kyrii will slide down ropes to set the cannons on fire. To extinguish them and prevent them from exploding, use the water buckets. Your secondary objective is to place cannonballs into the cannons while fending off enemies that get close to the ship. If you place a cannonball into a cannon and it is set off, you'll earn points. After this level, there are no changes in future levels. The enemies are faster, and so is the Kyrii, but there are no new items or obstacles. For every point you earn, you earn a Neopoint, and if you run out of lives (by allowing an enemy to board your ship or by accidentally destroying one of the cannons), it's game over.
